Poulpe Bleu Gin was the featured gin in our April 2020 box. An artisanal and limited production gin made by the Liquoristerie de Provence. It is a maceration gin made from 51% juniper berries and the addition of several botanical macerations of essential oils, namely thyme, rosemary, sea Criste, almond, lemon zest, rose, angelica, iris root, and seaweed.
Drink neat at room temperature or with a premium tonic or in Liquoristerie de Provence's signature cocktail—Gin-To Lavande.
