Shipping policy

The shipping carriers include Colissimo, UPS, Mondial Relay, and Chronopost. If you have not paid for your order to be delivered directly to your address by Colissimo or UPS, you will receive a separate email to select your preferred pickup point. If you are a local customer, living in or near Leymen (68), France, you can pick up your order for free.


If you have purchased items without a subscription from our e-Boutique, your products will be shipped from our office in Alsace, France, within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order. Please note the additional delay depending on the shipping carrier below.

DELIVERY CARRIERS TIMES

Chrono Shop2Shop: 2 - 4 days; You will be informed by SMS and/or email, and you will have 7 business days to collect your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for the payment of its reshipment.

Colissimo Home delivery with signature: 48 hours

Colissimo Pickup Point: 48 hours; You will be notified by SMS and/or email, and you will have 10 business days to collect your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for the payment of its reshipment.

UPS Home delivery with signature: 24 hours (between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. for residential addresses)

UPS access point: you will be notified by SMS and/or email, and you will have 7 business days to pick up your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for the payment of its reshipment.

Mondial Relay Pickup Point: 3 days. You will be informed by SMS and/or email, and you will have 14 business days to collect your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for the cost of its reshipment.

Mondial Relay Home with signature (when the service is available in the EU outside of France): 3 - 6 days
