Shipping policy

Shipping carriers include Colissimo, UPS, Mondial Relay and Chronopost. If you have not paid for your order to be delivered directly to your address by Colissimo or UPS, you will be asked to select your preferred collection point prior to finalizing your order. In the rare instance that you are not asked to select a preferred collection point, you will receive a separate email with a choice of collection points after your order has been confirmed. If you are a local customer, living in or near Leymen (68), France, you can pick up your order for free.

If you have purchased items from our e-Shop, your products will be shipped from our office in Alsace, France, within 1 to 3 working days of receipt of your order. Please note the additional time depending on the shipping carrier below. Once your order has left our hands, we no longer have any control of the package or time it takes to arrive at your shipping destination.

DELIVERY CARRIER DEADLINES

Chrono Shop2Shop: 2 - 4 days; You will be notified by SMS and / or email, and you will have 7 working days to collect your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for paying for its reshipment.

Colissimo Home address with signature: 48 hours

Colissimo Point Withdrawal: 48 hours; You will be notified by SMS and / or email, and you will have 10 working days to collect your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for paying for its reshipment.

UPS Home address with signature: 24 hours (between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. for residential addresses)

UPS Access Point: You will be notified by SMS and / or email, and you will have 7 working days to collect your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for paying for its reshipment.

Mondial Relay Point Relais: 3 days. You will be notified by SMS and / or email, and you will have 14 working days to collect your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for paying for its reshipment.

Mondial Relay Domicile with signature (when the service is available in the EU outside France): 3 - 6 days
