RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What if my bottle (s) arrived broken or damaged?
When you receive a box / shipment, you are required to carefully check the condition and conformity of the products delivered. Our boxes / shipments are carefully packaged and protected, so that in the unlikely event that any damage / breakage occurs during shipment, you have 14 days after receipt of your box / shipment to file a complaint.
You must send an email firstname.lastname@example.org describe the damage. We will investigate the complaint and reserve the right to request proof of damage to assess the complaint. Following our explicit agreement, you can return the box within 14 days of receiving the agreement. We can then offer you a partial or total refund of the amount of the box and shipping costs.
When receiving a shipment / order, the customer is required to carefully check the condition and conformity of the products delivered. In the event of a problem during delivery, the customer has fourteen (14) days after receipt of the shipment to make a complaint. The customer then undertakes to send an e-mail describing the subject of his complaint to the address email@example.com
The GINSATIONS team will examine the complaint and reserve the right to request any proof necessary for the evaluation of the complaint. Only complaints concerning the defectiveness of the products included in the shipment will be taken into account. After agreement from the company, the customer can return the shipment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the agreement.
The customer agrees to return the shipment at his expense, accompanied by proof of deposit, to the following address: GINSATIONS, 10 rue du Soleil, 68220 Leymen. The customer agrees to return all products in their original state. In the event of non-compliance with this procedure, the company cannot be held liable.
In the event of a problem during delivery, the company can then offer the customer a partial or total refund of the amount of the products and the delivery.
Any shipment not collected by the customer in his post office or relay point or refused at the time of delivery without explicit mention (and without declaration of loss), La Poste or Mondial Relay does not claim any refund.
In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the subscriber or the customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt to return the shipment at his expense, accompanied by proof of deposit. The subscriber or the customer will then be able to obtain a refund (excluding postage) for the shipment without having to provide precise justification.
Given the nature of the product, the implementation of the withdrawal period only applies in the absence of opening of the shipping box and consumption of the products it contains. The withdrawal period is also only applicable upon receipt of the first Box of a subscription. The subscriber must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt informing the company of his desire to withdraw. The subscriber must also return the unopened Box with the products contained in their original packaging and condition to the following postal address: GINSATIONS, 10 rue du Soleil, 68220 Leymen. The word "Fragile" must be clearly visible on the shipping carton. The order number and customer contact information must appear clearly on or in the shipping carton.
The company then undertakes to reimburse the subscriber or the customer within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the items purchased.
The withdrawal cannot be exercised for products which have been unsealed or opened by the subscriber, the customer or the recipient of the order after delivery.
For Subscribers, the withdrawal can only be exercised for the first box of the subscription.
