Koom Gin is infused, distilled and bottled by Maison A. de Vacqueur in Cognac. Koom is an organic gin with citrus flavors and a delicately spicy note obtained by infusions of carefully selected fruits and botanicals. Botanicals present are: juniper berry, orange blossom, bitter orange peel, Timut berry, raisin and kumquat. The gin is distilled in a Charentais pot still.

Gin Golf India November World Explorer is a London Dry distilled gin. Morgane and Thibault are aviators and the two founders of the Golf India November brand (which means GIN in the aeronautical alphabet). Recently awarded with a silver medal at the Concours International de Lyon 2022, Gin World Explorer is inspired by botanicals discovered during their travels around the world - an aromatic and spicy gin with juniper, cardamom, ginger, allspice and eucalyptus.

Gin Mist is a new gin produced by Distillerie Kurios in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Gin Mist is a small batch artisanal gin made with theFrench soft wheat alcohol, organic juniper berries, organic lemon thyme, organic lemon verbena, organic lavender, organic lime blossom, organic rosemary, organic peppermint and organic fennel. Gin Mist through an aromatic palette of fresh lemony, floral, herbaceous and slightly aniseed notes.

To create this gin, they carried out a long maceration respecting the aromatic contribution of each botanical in a wheat alcohol. Then they slowly distill all 7 botanicals to harmonize the different flavors of their gin.
The Stupfler still allows you to obtain a complex, delicate and very concentrated heart of toast.

We are delighted to introduce a new spirit to our collection of artisanal French gins. Newlands Gin by Maison Dutier is a unique product - the first French organic hemp gin. C'est gin de Bretagne is rewarded with a silver medal at the Spirits Selection Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2021.

This gin is an explosion of flavors. It's fresh, herbaceous and a bit spicy. Botanicals present are juniper berries, dried hemp, coriander, lemongrass and angelica root.

Valkryie is a London Dry Gin from Maison Bouvier Richir in Charente Maritime. A gin steeped in Rochelaise history inspired by Nordic legends and Viking warriors.

The botanicals revealed in this atypical gin are juniper berries, passion berry fruit, white Kampot pepper, coriander and limes. 

Valkyrie Gin is enjoyed "on the rocks" but truly takes on all its meaning in a refined tonic like the Mistelhain Trend Tonic.

Coqlicorne London Dry Gin is distilled and bottled on site at the small artisanal Coqlicorne distillery in the Loire Valley, France. The company founder/distiller takes pride in making spirits for people. Made from a neutral sugar beet alcohol, this gin is fresh and floral, light and lemony with light honey flavors from the heather and a dry taste on the finish from the meadowsweet.

Main botanicals used during maceration and distillation:
Juniper berries, orange peel, coriander seeds, heather, meadowsweet and elderflower.

The Hold Up gin was presented in our February 2021 gin and tonic box. It is an exquisite artisanal gin distilled by Les Brûleries Modernes and the Distillerie Vinet-Delpech in Charente-Maritime. 

In 2020, this gin won a gold medal in the category of distilled gins at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris. 

Hold Up is created by macerating 100% natural ingredients in grain alcohol. The macerate is then distilled once in a Charentais still in the heart of the spirits valley.

The Hold Up gin is 43% after a gradual reduction. Its unique recipe highlights the quintessence of carefully selected plants, including Tonka bean, anise and cilantro. There are also nice citrus notes with grapefruit and lemon.

Confidential Gin was the artisanal gin in a limited edition bottle featured in our December 2021 Box. Confidential is a distilled gin by Maison Confidential is produced in Segonac at Domaine Elie Raby, a family property 400 years old in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France. /span>

Gin Confidential is produced by Germain Raby and his father. We find in the world two types of distillations combining chemistry and knowledge to create their famous spirits. A subject that the Raby family has mastered for 230 years. Father and son are the two major players in the elaboration of the property's delicious elixirs.

Balance in the mouth and aromatic complexity are the key words. So, after trying hundreds of recipes, Germain ended up limiting himself to four atypical but tasty ingredients to make his gin: organic juniper berries, hibiscus flowers, Sichuan pepper and organic horseradish roots. In addition to the juniper berry, he selected hibiscus for its complex and floral aromas, Sichuan pepper for its spicy flavor which brings pep often provided by traditional citrus fruits. The horseradish root acts as a binder between the other ingredients and brings precision and roundness to the recipe.

The base alcohol for their gin is made from wheat. Within their property, the gin is produced by macerating botanicals and distilled once in a column still. After distillation, the gin is slowly reduced and then filtered. Finally, to bottle the bottles, the BTSA TC wines and spirits students come to the property, on each bottle the strings are placed by hand as well as the wax.

In 2018, Confidential Gin received a gold medal in the competition Inside Spirits and a second gold medal in the competition Trend Spirits with a score of 93/100 in 2019.

The C'est Nous gin was presented in the gin and tonic box of August 2019. It is an award-winning gin, produced in small series, distilled and bottled by the C'est Nous Distillery in Caen, Normandy.

C'est Nous Gin won bronze and silver medals at the International Spirit Challenge and the best french gin at the 2019, 2020, and 2023 World Gin Awards.

It is made from neutral wheat-based alcohol. After prolonged maceration of juniper berries, orange and lemon zest, angelica roots, coriander and a few other plants, the alcohol is slowly distilled in small quantities (i.e. 300 bottles) in a traditional copper still to create an aromatic and fragrant gin.

C'est Nous is a versatile gin that is excellent served with a premium tonic, in cocktails or simply neat on a few ice cubes.

A new light and refreshing gin from the C'est Nous micro-distillery! C'est Nous Gin Cucumber, Basil, Apple is made in small series, distilled and bottled by the distillery in Caen in Normandy.

It is made from neutral alcohol made from French wheat. After a prolonged maceration of juniper berries, cucumber, basil, apple and a few other botanicals, the alcohol is slowly distilled in small batches (i.e. 300 bottles) in a traditional copper pot still to create an aromatic and fragrant gin.

C'est Nous is a versatile gin that's excellent served with a premium tonic, in cocktails such as the Basil Smash or simply neat over a few ice cubes.
