A unique gin, made and bottled by hand by Élodie Monceau and Thibault Dombrecht in their MD - Monceau Dombrecht distillery located in Champagne-Ardenne. Each beautiful bottle is hand numbered.
The gin is made with a neutral alcohol base of local beetroot and the following list of botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seeds, almonds, cardamom and lemon zest.
