Gin Mist is a new gin produced by Distillerie Kurios in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Gin Mist is a small batch artisanal gin made with theFrench soft wheat alcohol, organic juniper berries, organic lemon thyme, organic lemon verbena, organic lavender, organic lime blossom, organic rosemary, organic peppermint and organic fennel. Gin Mist through an aromatic palette of fresh lemony, floral, herbaceous and slightly aniseed notes.
To create this gin, they carried out a long maceration respecting the aromatic contribution of each botanical in a wheat alcohol. Then they slowly distill all 7 botanicals to harmonize the different flavors of their gin.
