The Anaiak gin was the featured gin of our August 2021 Box. An award-winning small batch gin from the Basque Country, produced by brothers Boris and Rémy Harretche in their distillery, Distillerie Harretche Frères. Learn more about the maker by reading our blog post here.
Anaiak is a London Dry Gin, distilled under the purest conditions in a renovated old garage at the foot of the Ciboure lighthouse. And like all dry gins, it starts with a neutral agricultural alcohol made from organic wine pomace from the Bordeaux region. Boris and Rémy are committed to using local Basque ingredients, which are abundant and not yet exploited. Besides juniper berries, hand-harvested lemon verbena from the plains of Ascain and wild eucalyptus from the Jaizkibel mountains are the main plants used to create their gin with a fresh and balanced taste.
In 2021, at the Gin Guide Awards ceremony, Anaiak Gin won the "Best in France" award as well as the "Highly Commended" prize. We hope you agree!

The shipping carriers are Chronopost, Colissimo, UPS, TNT, and DHL. If you have not paid for your order to be delivered directly to your address by Colissimo, UPS, DHL, or TNT, you will receive a separate email after completing your order to select your preferred pickup point in case the pickup points are not displayed during the order. If you have chosen Chrono Shop2Shop as the shipping method and no list of pickup points is presented to you, we will select the point closest to the recipient's address. If you are a local customer, residing in Leymen (68) or nearby, you can pick up your order for free.
Items from our e-Boutique will be shipped from our office in Alsace, France, within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of your order. Please note the additional time depending on the shipping carrier below.
If your package arrives later than the typical timeframe indicated below, please understand that we have no control over this, as we are not affiliated with these shipping companies in any way. If your package arrives at a pickup point too late and you no longer want your order, do not pick up your package. It will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will proceed with a refund, deducting the initial shipping costs.
