The inside of the card is blank so you can include a personalized message. We'll be happy to print your message inside the card, free of charge. Envelope included with card.

Designed and manufactured in the UK.

Shipping carriers are Colissimo, UPS, TNT, DHL and Chronopost. If you have not paid for your order to be delivered directly to your address by Colissimo, UPS, DHL or TNT, you will receive a separate email after finalizing your order to select your preferred collection point in case the collection points would not be displayed when ordering. If you are a local customer, residing in Leymen (68) or the surrounding area, you can collect your order for free.

Items on our e-Boutique will be shipped from our office in Alsace, France, within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of your order. Please note additional time depending on shipping carrier below.

Colissimo Collection Point: 2 days; You will be informed by SMS and/or email, and you will have 10 working days to collect your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for paying for its reshipment.

UPS Home with signature (France): 1 day (between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. for residential addresses)

UPS Access Point: You will be notified by SMS and/or email, and you will have 7 business days to collect your package before it not returned to us. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for paying for its reshipment.

TNT Express Domicile (France) : 1 jour

TNT Home: 5 days
