The shipping carriers are Chronopost, Colissimo, UPS, TNT, and DHL. If you have not paid for your order to be delivered directly to your address by Colissimo, UPS, DHL, or TNT, you will receive a separate email after completing your order to select your preferred pickup point in case the pickup points are not displayed during the order. If you have chosen Chrono Shop2Shop as the shipping method and no list of pickup points is presented to you, we will select the point closest to the recipient's address. If you are a local customer, residing in Leymen (68) or nearby, you can pick up your order for free.
Items from our e-Boutique will be shipped from our office in Alsace, France, within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of your order. Please note the additional time depending on the shipping carrier below.
If your package arrives later than the typical timeframe indicated below, please understand that we have no control over this, as we are not affiliated with these shipping companies in any way. If your package arrives at a pickup point too late and you no longer want your order, do not pick up your package. It will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will proceed with a refund, deducting the initial shipping costs.
