Koom Gin is infused, distilled and bottled by Maison A. de Vacqueur in Cognac. Koom is an organic gin with citrus flavors and a delicately spicy note obtained by infusions of carefully selected fruits and botanicals. Botanicals present are: juniper berry, orange blossom, bitter orange peel, Timut berry, raisin and kumquat. The gin is distilled in a Charentais pot still.
