Gin Phi was the star gin of our June 2019 gin and tonic box. Phi is a very versatile dry gin, which is excellent served neat, in a dry martini or gin and tonic. Not only is the bottle aesthetically beautiful, but its conical shape makes it easy to pour.
Gin Phi is an artisanal gin made in small series from a neutral alcohol of mixed cereals, distilled with a balanced blend of seven plants: juniper berries, coriander, lime, lemongrass, ginger, cardamom and wormwood flowers .
Manufactured by the L'Officine distillery in Colmar in Alsace.
