A new light and refreshing gin from the C'est Nous micro-distillery! C'est Nous Gin Cucumber, Basil, Apple is made in small series, distilled and bottled by the distillery in Caen in Normandy.
It is made from neutral alcohol made from French wheat. After a prolonged maceration of juniper berries, cucumber, basil, apple and a few other botanicals, the alcohol is slowly distilled in small batches (i.e. 300 bottles) in a traditional copper pot still to create an aromatic and fragrant gin.
C'est Nous is a versatile gin that's excellent served with a premium tonic, in cocktails such as the Basil Smash or simply neat over a few ice cubes.
