Meet the Makers of J'avoue Tonic Water


Former pastry chefs at the Michelin-starred restaurant Troisgros in Roanne, spouses Sophie and Cyril Chabenat relocated to Corrèze, where Cyril was born, and created their company LIMOUZI Saveurs. They produce high-quality and organic biscuits, chocolates, confections and lemonades.

Their organic tonic water, Javoue, is produced in the heart of Limousin. It is deliciously refreshing and delicately effervescent and is made with organic cane sugar, quinine, and natural flavours from Provence. Javoue contains no added chemicals, preservatives or colourings and is ideally served ice cold between 4° C and 6° C.
