- 45 ml of Valkyrie Gin
- 30 ml red fruit syrup
- 30ml lemon juice
- 10 ml of aquafaba (chickpea cooking juice which allows a nice foam on the surface of cocktails)
- ice cubes
- grated Lebanese black lemon zest (for garnish)
Preperation : Put ice cubes in the shaker. Pour all the ingredients (except the black lemon) into the shaker. Shake vigorously then pour into the cocktail glass. Decorate with grated black lemon.
