Spring is coming… time for freshness and elegance

Spring is coming, and with it the desire for freshness and lightness. For Easter, nothing is more chic than a floral and sparkling cocktail to celebrate the beautiful days. The Gin et Elderflower Collins perfectly embodies this spring spirit: elegant, delicately sweet, and subtly floral thanks to the elderflower liqueur.

Imagine it served in tall slender glasses, during an Easter lunch on the terrace, accompanied by small savory bites or a lemon tart. A cocktail that brings a breath of novelty to your spring classics.

This refreshing and light cocktail is perfect for an Easter brunch or an afternoon gathering. The sweet elderflower liqueur and tangy lemon juice pair perfectly with the gin botanicals, creating a balanced and thirst-quenching drink. Enjoy it!
