If you have not paid for your order to be delivered directly to your address by Colissimo, UPS, DHL or TNT, you will receive a separate email after finalizing your order to select your preferred collection point in case the collection points would not be displayed when ordering. If you are a local customer, residing in Leymen (68) or the surrounding area, you can collect your order for free.

Items on our e-Boutique will be shipped from our office in Alsace, France, within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of your order. Please note additional time depending on shipping carrier below.
